Privacy policy
Effective October 23, 2026. In short: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
What you type into our forms. When you request a free demo, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share: phone number, business name, what you do, your location, your current website, and your message.
A few details about the request. Along with the form, we record the date and time, which page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tag in the link you followed (for example, a link on a flyer or in an ad). These help us understand how people find us.
Basic technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically receives standard information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. We don't use this to identify you.
How we use it
- To build your free demo and reply to your request
- To send you one automatic email confirming we received your request
- To talk with you about your website if you become a client
- To learn which pages, flyers or ads bring people to us
We don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We use a few trusted services to run the site, and they handle data only to provide their service to us:
- Google stores form requests in a private Google Sheet, sends our confirmation email, and serves the fonts on this site
- Cloudflare hosts the website
- Stripe processes payments if you become a client. Card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through our website
We may also share information if required by law.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. While you browse, your browser temporarily remembers how you arrived (such as a campaign tag) so it can be included if you send the form. That memory is cleared when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for up to two years so we can follow up and keep records. If you become a client, we keep what's needed for as long as we work together and as required for tax and business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Just send a message through our contact form with "Privacy request" in the message, and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page with a new effective date.
